In addition to the damage it can inflict, this has the psychological effect of causing enemies to hesitate to attack him. Despite this, reckless enemies such as A may decide to ignore the danger to themselves and strike anyway.

Description: Amaterasu is the highest level Fire Release technique, and according to Zetsu, one of the most powerful ninjutsu in existence. It is said to represent the "Material World and Light" (物質界と光, Busshitsukai to Hikari), the antipode to Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu of similar power and a fellow Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu.
The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. Though boasting unavoidably, Amaterasu has been avoided a few times; Sasuke Uchiha managed to dodge the flames Itachi tried focusing on him, though Itachi managed to hit Sasuke shortly after, and A using his Lightning Release Armor avoided a short-range Amaterasu launched at him from Sasuke. It was also blocked by Gaara's sand a few times. The flames are capable of burning through anything in their path, even smothering regular fire techniques with ease. Amaterasu is said to burn for seven days and seven nights, and cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. The only thing the the flames have failed to burn into is Gaara's chakra infused sand. However, the flames burn fairly slowly, allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze. Use of the technique also puts a great deal of strain on the user, usually causing their eyes to bleed.

Amaterasu was originally unique to Itachi Uchiha, who used it with his right Mangekyō Sharingan. He was able to quell the flames to some extent. Prior to his death, Itachi implanted some of the black flames into Sasuke's eye to be used upon Madara Uchiha. Sasuke, after gaining his own Mangekyō Sharingan, is later able to use Amaterasu on his own. Sasuke's Amaterasu originates from his left eye, and C indicates he is more skilled with it than Itachi; he can put out the flames with greater ease and can even manipulate the flames themselves as part of the "Blaze" element.

Description:By focusing his Mangekyō Sharingan, Kakashi can create a barrier sending everything in the vicinity to another dimension, and there is no defense against it. He can also control the size of the barrier. He was even able to do it so effectively enough that Pain did not notice that he warped away the nail he sent flying at him, suggesting that he did not make the barrier any larger than necessary to transport the nail to another dimension. This is significant, since the chakra consumed by this technique is proportional to the mass of the target transported.

Description:Susanoo is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, after Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi have been awakened. It creates a gigantic, spiritual humanoid being that surrounds and protects the user. According to Madara Uchiha, for a Sharingan user to activate the Susanoo is a rarity.
Like the other techniques granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user's eyes as well as physical being is strained while using Susanoo because it consumes a large amount of their chakra. Sasuke described it as feeling pain in every cell in his body, as the depletion of chakra likely places stress on the cells that partially produce chakra. Susanoo is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such it may differ in appearance between users. It begins by forming a large skeleton with muscle tissue around the user. Even in an imperfect state, the bones can act as armor for the user and it is capable of regenerating as long as the user has the energy to spare. Sasuke noted the tremendous strain of maintaining his Susanoo after using it for a prolonged time, and seemed to have accelerated Itachi's death from his illness.

Description: According to Zetsu, Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence. It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those with the Mangekyō Sharingan can perform it. It is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" (精神界と闇, Seishinkai to Yami), the antipode to Amaterasu, a ninjutsu of similar power.
Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusion that is completely controlled by the user. Itachi's prowess with the technique has allowed him to alter the perception of time with ease within the genjutsu to make it seem to last for days when in fact it only lasts a few seconds. This allows him to torture the target for what seems like days on end, causing mental trauma that will render them unable to fight for an extensive period of time. After Itachi used it on Kakashi in Part I, Kisame was surprised that Kakashi was still alive. Only Tsunade has been shown capable of curing this psychological damage.

In the anime during Part I, Itachi's use of Tsukuyomi typically featured a red moon casting a red light throughout the illusion with a cloudy atmosphere, giving the background a blood-red appearance while the victim within the illusion is in a gray scale, inverted color.

Such a powerful technique is not without its disadvantages, however. Due to the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary and an added amount of stress is placed on the left eye, leaving Itachi's vision to be more darkened. Before using it on Kakashi in Part I, Itachi stated that Tsukuyomi can only be broken by a Sharingan user that shares the same blood as him; as demonstrated when Sasuke overcame Itachi's Tsukuyomi in their battle. Sasuke can also perform Tsukuyomi with his right eye, though his illusion is considered inferior to Itachi's Tsukuyomi since it does not alter the opponent's perception of time indicating he has yet to master it.

Madara Uchiha's Eye of the Moon Plan involves acquiring the Ten-Tailed Beast's power and body in the moon, which allows him to cast an "Infinite Tsukuyomi" (無限月読, Mugen Tsukuyomi) throughout the entire world, effectively letting him conquer it.

The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother was born with the Sage's "eyes" and was gifted with powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.

The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama Senju, leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha, such as Setsuna, have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they found that it was too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha.

Years later, after the Nine-Tails' Attack on Konoha, Konoha began to suspect that an Uchiha was behind the attack. Madara claimed that the Uchiha were relocated to a corner of the village so that they could be more easily monitored. The Uchiha interpreted this as confirmation of what Madara had warned them of years earlier, and began to plan overthrowing the village. One Uchiha, Itachi, disagreed with the coup d'état, and informed Konoha's leadership of what the Uchiha were up to. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, tried to negotiate for a more peaceful approach. This failed, and to prevent an uprising that would create another war, Itachi was ordered to wipe out the Uchiha.
Itachi spared only one Uchiha: his younger brother, Sasuke. Sasuke would spend the next few years trying to avenge their family by killing Itachi, something Itachi had planned for from the very beginning. Once accomplishing this goal, Sasuke learned that Madara was also still alive. Madara told Sasuke about the Uchiha's history and why Itachi had wiped out the Uchiha, prompting Sasuke, with Madara's help, to resolve to destroy Konoha.

Description:By wrapping his body in a layer of lightning chakra, the Fourth Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. This armor, combined with taijutsu, allows A to utilize nintaijutsu.
While using this technique, his reflexes are comparable to that of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him.[1] By combining this armor with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge Sasuke's Amaterasu at a split second, as well as Jūgo's Cursed Seal Chakra Blast at point blank range. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori from Sasuke was barely able to pierce his chest. In addition, the armor seems to increase his strength, though this could be part of his own natural abilities.

In lieu of tailed beast chakra, the Raikage uses this lightning armor to empower himself when performing the Lariat, producing the same effects due to his high-powered chakra.

It can be used to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them when it discharges, resulting in paralysis or even death, dependent upon the concentration received. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.
The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin). The Fourth Raikage combined the Body Flicker Technique with the Lightning Release Armor which allowed him to dodge even Amaterasu in a split second.

The fireball is normally blown through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user.

Description:This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.

Description:Jakō Ryūdōin summons a tiger made of flames from the scroll on his back, doing massive damage to the player's team and also has an ability to attach to the opponent and explode with much impact. This jutsu is somewhat similar to a paper bomb, but much stronger. It is also similar to Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique, except with a tiger instead of a dragon.

Description:The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

Description: This style of combat focuses on simple physical attacks augmented with Jirōbō's incredible strength. Using simple palm strikes, shoulder thrusts, knee strikes, and punches, Jirōbō can easily defeat an opponent in one or two blows. The strength of his attacks is greatly increased when his cursed seal is active. For example, in his Cursed Seal Level One, he managed to strike back Chōji who was using his Spiked Human Bullet Tank with just one blow.

Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone. Genshō used this technique to "break" Rock Lee's Leaf Whirlwind by intercepting Lee's attacking leg. Even though Lee's ankle was not broken due to protection from his ankle weight, he was forced to completely halt his training until the injury was healed.

~Academy Student~
Minato was originally from Konohagakure but because of his father's job , he have to move to Kazangakure.At the Kazangakure Academy , Minato’s strength grew at a incredible speed and he quickly became ready to test for a Genin at only the age of 8, but his teacher held him back and said no. The teacher knew that Minato needed time to grow physically before he could truly become a Genin. After 2 more years of intense training Minato was still top of his class but also became the most popular kid in the academy as simply he was very chill. Finally after another 2 years Minato was now highly bored with the academy so luckily they allowed him to become a genin although instead of taking a test they just knew he passed, something never done before.One day , his father gave him a curse seal without telling him.

~Genin~
After finally getting out of the Ninja Academy he was very happy to learn that he would be getting one of the best Sensei’s available only what he didn’t like was the fact he was going to be put together with someone else. The Kage at the time was smart enough to know that putting a third member on would slow him down when it came to learning, but the Kage wanted him to get used to working with people better. Now he waits for when he meets his Sensei and “teammate”.


~Chuunin~
Minato continued on the team and when the Chunin Exam came around both took it feeling ready for anything. He soared through and easily passed the exam . He went to study under different masters. Always being assigned the same missions and always forced to work together was something that the Kage did, knowing that they worked good together thanks to all the time training and preforming missions. Soon though the Kage asked him to take the Jounin Exam.Then , he realize about a curse seal on his neck. The first time he tried to activate it , he felt very fatigue and his chakra has finished. But after some time , he managed to go to its 1st mode. Before a week , he also mastered the strongest mode .

~Jounin~
Once again Minato passed the exam with no problem where as Lynn seemed to have to work so much harder just to pass. Lynn realizing that Minato was still better decided to devote herself to doing nothing but getting stronger so she would be stronger then Minato. He of course explained to her that there levels in power were simply so different she could never be as strong as him. A few years after constant training and missions Lynn felt she was strong enough to try and become an ANBU. Wanting to truly show that she was stronger then Minato ,now she went out to look for him. Meanwhile Minato was taking steps in his plan and when she found him he told her that he could not fight as he didn’t wish to kill her yet. Saying this with his grin seriously bothered Lynn yet she felt the cold chill that he would not hesitate even though they knew each other for so long.

~Kage~
Minato was selected as a Kage because of his amazing skills and it is also because the old Kage has grown old.People asked him to skip ANBU because they have not find someone strong there. Where else Minato , he is stronger than an ANBU. Since that day , he caries a heavy burden until now...
