Special Abilities/Characteristics: The tanto causes a disruption in the chakra sensing abilities of anything that is "scanning" the area. Even visions that use chakra to see are disrupted in the small square. However this isn't a "noticeable" disruption or such, it rather reflects the chakra signals with the surrounding area, showing that nothing is there *within the square*, giving rise to the invisible moving box.

Origin: Years of stalking have created the idea that one must be the utmost cautious.
