~Description:The Shigakage appeared at the Kazangakure gates to meet the Kazankage. Cepeda Hyuuga in secret spied on the Kage until the Kazankage arrived. He told Cepeda he would handle it and confronted the Shigakage. The Shigakage proposed an alliance with Kazangakure. This alliance also meant the invasion of Moriugakure. The Kazankage reluctanly agreed.
