Kekke Genkai: Yami no Ecriture [Writing of Darkness]: Th Justine can is known for their traps, their kekke genkai allow them to witte runes, depending on what is written, will actually effect its target(s). These runes can be unlifted by fulfilling the requirements, the clan user can also use the runes to inflict pain and suffering on others, and can also be supplementary as well. The down side to this however is normally the clan user needs some amount of time to complete the runes, but high level clan user can write the runes in no time.
[Beginner(Genin/Chunin): Needs 7 post in order to fully complete a rune. Intermediate(Chunin/Jounin): Needs 5 post in order the fully complete a rune. Advance(Jounin): Needs 3 post in order to fully post a rune. Mastery(ANBU/Kage): Can make a rune in one post.]

Traditions: The clan tradition are few but simple, during the birth of a clan member the clan will throw a feast to welcome in the new clan member. Everyone in the clan do penmenship, to keep up with their rune writing, and study althoughout the their lives.
History: The Justine clan was a strong clan, a clan that was strong enough to stand it's ground with the Uchiha clan. The clan was a rough clan and was always on the move, since people hated them for their abilities. The clan soon faced their downfall as they came into Suna when Suna was at war with the enemy countries. Many clan members died on that fateful day.[20 years ago.] The clan stayed in Sua and Suna became it's home. Over the years the clan slowly faded and left three left in it's place. As people soon stoped fearing the clan, the clan and it's stories passed to the last remaining members.

Description: The clan member will write runes upon the the opponent, the clan member will pour up so much chakra so that the opponent will fill a rush of fear and past memories of suffering, the combine mental damage will cause the brain to work overtime as the memories are increased and being rushed at the opponent in blurrs. The mental stress last for four post before killing the opponent due to the stress on the brain.

Description: The clan member will write a rune on themselves, their body will drasticly change as their body become demonic allowing them use to dark element jutsu at the cost of losing one of their elements as a replacement. The clan user gains 10 points increase on all their stats but this form only last for 10 post.

Description: The clan member will prepare a rune as they write on the ground or wherever they are setting the trap. When the target(s) set on the trap the rune willpop up and create a barrier of runes that encase the opponent. The rune barrier can be uplifted by the oppnent, by completing the requirments.

The rune jutsu .... How do you get the runes on them, If there short ranged attacks then thats ok

if you can strike them from anywere then roxas is right obvious denial

To chrono yeah all of the Rune Jutsu are close range, so in order for them to write the runes it's would put them in enemy lines well for "Fear, Surrefing, Anni. and Pain." The trap one can be doneon anything, but still close range.
