Kyo stands at six feet two inches and weighs about one hundred and seventy-two pounds. He has short spiky black hair that slightly passes his ears. He has onyx black eyes that become crimson red when his sharingan is activated. He wears two bead necklaces with one longer than the other. He has a quite muscular built with a rather tone six-pack. He wears a white and black jacket over a chainmail shirt. On the back of his jacket is the Uchiha clan’s symbol.

He wears a purple rope belt around his waist and has long black pants. His shuriken holster is located on his right leg and he doesn’t wear the traditional Shinobi shoes. His look similar to the regular shoes but are slightly customized to look more like sandals. His feet are covered in bandages and so are his hands. He has a round ball earring on both ears and his brother's Konoha forehead protector is usually in his back pocket. He doesn’t wear his Konoha forehead protector on his head like ninja normally do, but wears it around his arm.


Personality: From appearance Kyoshiro seems like a laid back kind of person, which he is. He looks like someone who is calm and very nice, that is until he's in a fight. Kyoshiro is someone who is a true warrior and sticks to the rules of both a swordsman and a ninja, and there’s really only one rule. He will never use his sword against someone who doesn't stand a chance, the same goes for his Sharingan. He holds a high appreciation for life and everything it has to offer. While still maintaining a vivid focus of the things he wants to do and the places he wants to go in life.

He avoids fighting whenever possible, but if it is absolutely necessary he likes to stand up for the weaker and oppressed party as opposed to whoever appears to be a bully. Unfortunately for most though he has a very clear conception of right and wrong and often won't involve himself in fights for the hopeless because he doesn't want to stand up for someone who deserves getting beaten up. He also is someone who will use any opening his opponent leaves to his advantage if he can, he is a person who also loves to fight and when on mission where he is most likely to be attacked he will go after the strongest one and take him/her out.

Clan History: The Uchiha Clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the Byakugan bloodline and further back to be the heirs of the Rikudou Sennin's eldest son, who is said to have received his father's "eyes" and with it his powerful chakra and spiritual energy. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps, which would incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye such Amaterasu, Kamui, Susanoo and Tsukuyomi. The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

The clan was founded by Uchiha Madara and his brother Izuna. In the early days of ninja battles, they battled the Senju Clan and eventually both groups came together to form Konoha. When Madara felt the clan was being marginalized by the Senju, he fought Konoha's Hokage and Senju clan leader Hashirama. Madara was defeated and went into hiding. Years later the clan began to become discontent with the village leadership and Madara returned. Before they could launch their insurrection against Konoha, they were wiped out by one of their own, Uchiha Itachi. Only one member from within the clan was spared, Itachi's brother Sasuke. Itachi and later Sasuke would join Madara in his drive to plunge the world into darkness, for their own ends. With Itachi's death as a man willing to sacrifice everything to secretly support Konoha, the final fate of the clan and its future thus rests in the hands of men swearing vengence against their home village.

Background Information
History:
Pre-Academy

Kyoshiro was born into the prestigious Uchiha clan. Since he was 5 years old his father would train him how to fight, by teaching him hundreds of forms of martial arts, Jutsu, and in swordsmanship. Kyoshiro would occasionally visit his father at the new recreated Uchiha police office and learn how things run because his father wants him to succeed him as the future second in command of the village police force, even though Kyoshiro didn’t want to be the next Lieutenant colonel but instead wanted to become an ANBU black op. commander When he turned five his younger brother Ryusuke Uchiha was born.

Academy:

He entered the academy at the age of six, as most kids do. During the entrance ceremony Kyo’s mother was hospitalized because she had a heart attack, so his ceremony was cut short. After school Kyo would go straight to the hospital while his mother was recuperating. He would finish his homework while he was there, and when he was told he had to leave for a little bit while they took her a bath he would go outside and train in the Jutsu he needed to learn. Which he did in fact master during that period, he then graduated from the academy at the age of 8 and when he did he was told he was a genius and would be even more deadly if he had gotten his Sharingan.

Genin:

He was placed into an interesting squad; his team consisted of a Hyuuga main branch clan member and an Inuzuka member. Their Jounin sensei was a part of the Aburame clan. Kyoshiro became very close with his team; they were like Kyoshiro's second family. Kyoshiro's father taught him Great fire Ball jutsu after he met his team and a few other fire style jutsu. His sensei then gave them all a piece of paper used to determine your chakra nature.

Kyoshiro had the chakra nature of both fire and Lightning. Kyoshiro gained his Sharingan when his team was sent on a B-ranked mission. They were attacked by two B-ranked missing ninja. The team was split, their sensei fought one while Kyoshiro and his teammates fought the other one together, during that fight Kyoshiro got his Sharingan and used it to help and protect his teammates. His other teammates had wind element chakra so Kyoshiro would be able to combine their wind jutsu with his fire jutsu.

Using this plan Kyoshiro and his team were able to do some serious damage. The ninja fled while the other one was killed by their sensei. He and his team were then placed into the Chuunin exams when they were 11. The first part was a synch for his team because their bloodlines allowed them to cheat with no problem. The second part was also very easy since they had the Byakugan’s X-ray vision, The Inuzuka clan's super senses, and his Sharingan’s ability to foresee his enemy’s movements they were able to retrieve the scroll they need and a few more. The third part was actually more difficult for them, well for his other teammates.

Chuunin-Jounin:

He completely killed his opponent and was advanced into the rank of Chuunin. It was during the third part that he had gained the Second tomoe on both eyes. After six years when he was 16 he was placed into the ANBU black op.s and was made a Lieutenant of a squad, and then made his way to captain. A year later he was placed on a mission to capture a rouge Shinobi from the Hyuuga clan that was fleeing to spill the secrets of the Hyuuga clan. He battled the ninja and managed to defeat him, which also resulted in Kyoshiro getting his third and final Tomoe eye. When he turned 18, Kyo was promoted to the rank of Jounin. Kyo would gain a squad similar to the one he had back in his genin days. It had a Hyuuga clansman, an Inuzuka, and an Aburame. In a total of three years all of Kyo’s students would proceed to become Chuunin.

Sanin

Kyo was offered to become the new Hokage of the Leaf country and was going to accept it until his younger brother attacked him. His little brother was jealous of Kyo always being the favorite and tried to kill him in order to prove he was better than Kyo and more worthy of having the Hokage title. It would be during their fight that Kyo would come to discover a terrible truth about Ryusuke. His little brother had activated the clan’s accursed Mangekyou Sharingan. But luckily for Kyo he was smarter than his brother and was able to win by causing his brother to attack on pure anger and not think straight. The battle would come to have Kyo as the winner, but at the cost of his younger brother’s life. Kyo would also activate his own Mangekyou Sharingan, but would exchange eye’s with his little brother so that he could always watch over him giving birth to his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. But when Kyo returned to the village he denied the position of Hokage. He felt that with what he had just done he was no longer worthy. And so another person with a deadly Doujutsu would take the hokage spot instead. And he would give Kyo the title of Sannin.
RP Sample:
Kyoshiro awoke as the loud ringing of his alarm blasted in his ears. His eyes blinked twice before fully opening. He had woken up 6 hours before the time he needed to. He wanted to get some quick training in before the exam to make sure he was ready. Kyoshiro’s father had set up a training simulation which was very similar to the forest of death.

It had many traps that were all over the place. Kyoshiro had his father set them up the day before so that when Kyoshiro went through the forest he wouldn’t know the exact placement of the traps. He even had some shadow clones hide in the forest to do ambushes and sneak attack on Kyoshiro when he went through. He got up to the beginning of the forest and took a deep breath. He checked all his supplies to make sure he had enough, ”hmm, Kunai, Shuriken, wire, explosion tags, smoke bombs, flash bombs, bandages, and one fuuma shuriken. Okay I’m ready!”

Kyoshiro then took another deep breath and charged into the forest. He travel half a mile and activated his Sharingan. When Kyoshiro reached the 1 ½ mile area he was attacked by one of the clones hidden in the forest. ”So there goes one already?” The ninja through a large kunai at Kyoshiro; Kyoshiro countered by throwing 2 kunai with explosion tags attacked to them. When the weapons collided the giant kunai exploded releasing hundreds of kunai.

”holy crap! Nice trick though.” Kyoshiro used his Sharingan to dodge the Kunai, thought there were a lot so some of them did hit him. Then when the weapons were all dodged Kyoshiro charged at the ninja with incredible speed, before jumping out of the dome Kyoshiro was absorbing some of his chakra and putting it into his feet. When he got close enough to the ninja Kyoshiro used Katon-Goukakyuu no Jutsu.

The ninja fell to the ground and the clone dispersed into smoke. Kyoshiro took a deep breath and charged on through the forest, only to trip a trap a few minutes later. A bunch of kunai and shuriken began to fly through the air towards Kyoshiro, ”Jeez father what are you seriously trying to get me killed here!?”

Kyoshiro began to dodge the kunai and shuriken, though this would be very hard for a Genin, Kyoshiro would be able to do it thank to his Sharingan and his training with his father. Kyoshiro did receive a couple dozen cuts. After dodging as many of them as he could, which was about 85% of them, Kyoshiro covered his arms and legs in bandages because of the cuts he received. Kyoshiro then began to run though the forest yet again, After 45 minutes Kyoshiro was ambushed by three shadow clones. Kyoshiro had to put his abilities to the best and defeat them. They came in charging after Kyoshiro, each one trying to get him with a kunai. Two came from his sides trying to get him, but Kyoshiro quickly reacted and did a back flip to dodge the incoming double assault. When he dodged the two ninja collided striking each other, hitting each other with the kunai and turning into smoke.

”come on is this how good my father really is?” Then right after his statement the third ninja came from behind Kyoshiro and tried to get him, but Kyoshiro was able to see the attack coming because the clone stepped on a broken branch and so Kyoshiro dodge him with another back flip over the ninja. When Kyoshiro successfully landed behind the ninja Kyoshiro dealt a quick great fireball jutsu and defeated the clone. Kyoshiro then turned and began to tread through the forest again, he kept his guard up in case of more ambushes but he then got an impressive idea.

”I know, if I focus I should be able to see the traps that are around.” Kyoshiro then began to Sharingan and his senses to see as much as he could, he continued trying to focus it but then realized it would work when he noticed that his father used chakra to set them off and he could see the chakra inside the lines, this allowed him to notice many traps located around the forest, and even some of the chakra that was inside the clones. That’s when Kyoshiro decided to change his course and go in path that curved to the left of the forest, by doing this he would easily be able to escape the traps and ninja ahead, or so he thought.

Kyoshiro deactivated his Sharingan, which was his first mistake for when he did a few seconds later he activated a trap the flung kunai straight towards him. “Oh crap, I let my guard down to early!” Kyoshiro didn’t have enough chakra to use a jutsu and deflect them so he had to go with the only other option he had, his kunai. Kyoshiro drew his katana and began to charge his fire natured chakra into them, placing as much chakra as he had could without using up all of his chakra. His kunai was now were outlined by a blue chakra and he charged in at the trap.

He began slashing his swords around and when he hit the kunai they would be a bit burned or would at least be steaming. ”wow nice, I think I’ll keep this move!” Kyoshiro continued to deflect the kunai until he reached the end of the trap. He then stopped putting his chakra into his kunai and placed them back into his ninja bag. He then just made a quick dash forward and got passed the trap. He then noticed he was at the end of the forest. ”wow I’m finally done!”

OK well cut needs to post in your app saying that. Because I believe every S rank spot is filled. Also if he allows you to have Sanin he has to add a sanin to each village. SO cut please post saying that and I will add the available ranks 1 sanin spot for everyone.

Technically, only konoha has sannin in the show. They were given that name by Hanzo when they defeated him. Anyway, he can be a sannin. I guess we will just need to discuss whether every village will have them or will we have sannin equivalents.
