Umi stands 5ft 11 tall and slender build but medium muscle build, with black hair and dark green eyes.
He wears jeans, ¾ lengths and walks bare footed. For his upper body he wears a t-shirt and jacket, he likes to keep a samurai sword held on his back.
Personality:
He has always been a carefree kind person who always helps out people in need. Being kind meaning that he does not care for getting into needless battles, however if he does get into a battle where he cannot reason with an opponent he will be inclined to protect others, be it his friends or team mates.
In saying that if someone pushes Mizu’s ‘buttons’ then he will loose control of himself and do what he can to simply defeat the person who has irritated him.
Likes & Dislikes:
Likes – he likes ice lollies in all shapes and forms, meeting new people, helping others when he can, the beach and the hot springs
Dislikes – he doesn’t like people being out numbered when fighting, simply doesn’t like fighting, hates being stared at, name calling and doesn’t like people touching his sword

Blizzard – Basically a tornado made of ice is produced from their hands and the sharpened ice is directed towards the opponents, it is a final line of defence as it uses alot of the users chakra
Clan History: the clan is from a small village where not alot of ninja families live. Although due to a poisonous mist from an assassination squad, most of the clan and the village was wiped out. The only survivors were the few squads out on a mission
This ment that only about 20 villagers survived and that only 6, one being his brother, of Mizu’s clan survived the mist. In the toxic mist nothing was spared including the assassins. All of the clan members moved to seek refuge in another small ninja village where there would be more work. However they are of varying ages and in several different squads now so they rarly get to see one another

Background Information History:
Coming from a small village situated near the sea Umi enjoys the simple things in life and cares greatly for everyone in the village
Living with his mother and brother he enjoys the time they spend together between missions. His mother having the same personality as Umi constantly has people knocking at the door seeking assistance with one thing or another. She gave up the ninja life to care for the boys and taught them everything they know.
Umi and his brother setting off on a mission together give there farewells to their mother. Umi taking the sword she cave him and his brother taking the steel bladed whip that she also gave him. Setting off Umi sences an omonious feeling on the wind but thinks nothing of it and carries on with the mission.
Coming back from the mission a few days later the pair, bruised with several wounds are greated by the sight of their village in ruins. They hurry to the village to find that all the residents have been killed. Searching every were he only finds that the ninja of the village who were on missions had been spared. Rushing to their house the pair find their mother collapsed on the floor dead. Looking for the culprates they find several ninja with no village symbol also dead, clutching what looked like gas tanks. On further inspection it was realised that these tanks were used to release a poison gas in the village.
After burying the villagers Umi and his clan members who were spared gather up what belongings they need and make their way to another village. Umi and his brother being both Jonin rank manage to get jobs as ninja within the village now rarly getting to see one another or their other clan members.
