How can I gain jutsu, or stats?

I can't find the section where it says how many words is required to learn _ stats, or a jutsu.

Stat training is really a post where you train certain stats. For every 100 words you type within a stat training post, that's equivalent to one stat point. The number of words you type in a stat training post is required to learn stats.

For Jutsu, we have yet to come up with a system. Please make it reasonable, though. A mod will judge training topics to make sure nothing goes out of hand. For me, I think 1000 words for a S-rank should be a good minimum.
