Description: Zoutou is a Kekkei Genkai is native to the Kazuki clan though not much is known about it. Akio Kazuki is the first person to ever have this ability and it is unknown why he was born as such. Zoutou gives its user the ability to contact another's mind and communicate with them. Through this jutsu you may also transfer some of your chakra through the connection to the person your communicating with. There is a certain range this jutsu can reach. 80 meters is the maximum distance that has been reached so far in Akio's training. It was first discovered by Akio's parents as an infant when he inadvertently communicated with them telepathically. Later on as a Genin, Akio communicated with a teammate, and realized the true nature of his power and began to develop it.
