Appearance: With a pale, clear face Riku has no blemishes. He had light green eyes and an orange-brown hair color that makes him look much more innocent than he really is. Having no facial hair, he is soon as younder than he really is. He wears his hair short, save for the long bangs that frame his face. He has a very muscular build even though he looks slim at first glance. He is mainly built for speed.
Clothing: Riku wears all black, save for the kanji for hope written on his back. He wears no shirt with black cargo pants that hold weapons, scrolls,etc. They are held over his black shinobi boots. He tops this off with a long, black overcoat that is always open, showing his well built body.
(Paths)He always has his Paths with a genjutsu that makes them look exactly like him to confuse shinobi from knowing exactly which is which.

Personality: Riku is known to most as cold and emotionless. He will kill others in a heartbeat, and does not except disobedience. He believes that those who are not powerful enough are not worth his time, so if you fit that category he will send someone to kill you rather than do it himself. Though it seems disrespectful, those who don't meet his expectations are lucky not to witness his wrath. When in and out of battle, he is completely calm. No one ever knows when they anger him. If they do then it is too late.
Even though he is ruthless towards his enemies, he is not evil. In fact, he knows love. He would go to the end of the earth for his loved ones. He is very popular with the opposite sex due to his good looks and nonchalant attitude.
And he can be quick to use this to his advantage. Riku has no filters at all. He will say whatever is on his mind without caring who it hurts in the process. He believes that feelings are a waste for a shinobi to have.

~History/RP Sample~
History/Background Story: Riku's history before the age of six is unknown. He was found wandering in the city with blood all over his clothes but not a mark on him. Found by a bitter old ex-ninja, he was trained in the way of the ninja to protect himself from the unstable ninja of the village. His adoptive parent taught him to show no emotions, and to kill without holding back. At the age of ten, Riku could fight up to par with a jounin, and probably win. Riku never remembered having an actual home. He was always on the streets and he didn't know why.
At the age of 11 he found out. His adoptive father, Rye, was on the run from the law in the village for years, for trying to kill the village leader. One day on his way back to their little alley, Riku was captured and forced to watch Rye killed by the man ad his body guards. Seeing this, Riku snapped, killing everyone in the alley and awakening his Rinnengan for the second time in his life. Only this time, he remembered everything. After killing the village leader, he soon took over the village himself.
Roleplay Sample:
Hope. Though he thought of himself as the farthest thing from it Riku had been given the name by the citizens of this damned city. When he looked at himself, he saw no hope, but he saw just another shinobi, trying to get by. Looking out over the balcony, Riku watched the people live from day to day, the weak being taken control of by the poor. That was just the type of village it was. If you were not strong then you better become strong or live to be someones plaything. He was not hope. If he was, he would be doing something about this rather than watching it. He sighed as he looked up in the sky. It seemed as if permanent clouds blocked the sun from them, a ray of sunshine seldom breaking though. Now that was hope. The small ray of light that showed them that they could someday see the sun. Giving them hope of a brighter future. Riku could not compare himself to that. He was not hope, but someday, he would show them hope.
Seeing a thug steal a piece of bread from a poor orphan. Disappearing he reappeared in front of the thug, hitting him with a temporary paralysis. Then looking at the little girl, he spoke. " He stole your food, what will you do to punish him?" The girl looked up at him hopeless. He took out a kunai and handed it to her. "Do what you have to do before he gets up," he said before he disappeared. Some would say that what he did was heartless, but is was what the girl needed to survive. He would make this city strong yet.

Name:Sage Seal

Description:This is a variation of Orochimaru's Fuinjutsu. Created by Riku, the seal replenishes their chakra instead of drawing it out. Riku applies this seal by placing his hand on someone. It soon fades into their skin, only resurfacing when they use its power. When applying this, Riku is not actually sealing anything. The seal acts as a sponge, soaking in chakra from living things that do not have a system of their own, constantly storing up chakra for the user. The stored chakra can be used at any time. Little by little, or all at once to boost your strength and speed to that of a sage for a while. The only downside is, you have to remain loyal to the one that gave it to you. If not, the seal will disappear and if used long enough you would have become too dependent of it, making you weak. It boosts the stat power of by 50 for three posts or 30 for five posts . This seal can be placed on six people at once.
