Clan Traits:Most Burke Clan members have Blue eyes and tattoo's of things like: Black Snowflakes, Black Wolves, White Lightning Bolts or Kunai/Shuriken.
Mental Traits: Most are calm and nice, they usually hold events for the misfortunate and make it there business to help others. While the 'Mistfitz' are the opposite and usually try to prove there strength and will do anything to prove it.
Clan Customs: Every Month the entire clan meets up and has a family reunion of sort. They share food, entertain each other and have fun while the elders and leaders discuss the future of the clan and the problems. Also when when the oldest son and daughter of a family turn 13 they receive a Black Tattoo related to the clan.

[i]Kekkei Genkai Description:[/b] The begin to cry blue tears that form into blue tattoo lines down there face.
[i]Kekkei Genkai Effect:[/b] When a member of the Burke family is birth with blue eyes, they're able to use the Burke family's Doujustu; Blue Tears. The ability is first activated when the user cries passionate tears of victory, defeat, fear or Infinite sorrow, but members in the Burke family's odds of receiving blue eyes are rare. The first known person to activate Blue Tears was Elder Burke, but since he was the first known, the ability has been a secret, even to the Burke family. It was thought to be a secret Doujutsu only know to the Elder.

Powers- When activated the user begins to cry blue tears that run down the face and depending on the LV. (LV.1-3) blue lines will appear on the users face that appear like a tattoo. (LV.1= One Line and so forth) The user now can use water particles to send out a "sonar" like ability through an opponents body. This being able to read: body damage, blood flow/pressure (like how much they have and if they've lost any) and chakra levels.(or move depending on how much water they have on them) The Level of Blue Eyes decides how well they can read the opt(s), the higher the level, the more information and understanding. While reading the opponents body (that contains water) is acceptable, the more water the opt is covered with, the easier the ability is, making it that LV.1's need to "get the target wet".

Range: While using the sonar ability the higher the level the larger the range. Without much water the range is at:
LV1- 50 Feet or 15 Meters/60 feet with a lot of water
LV2- 100 Feet or 30 Meters/120 with a lot of water
LV3- 300 Feet or 90 Meters/330 with a lot of water

Blue Victory: This is the last form of blue tears, that is first activated when the user is either near death or has a chakra level near zero. After the first activation the ability can be used anytime after words. The blue tears fall down the users face onto the users neck or chest and the tattoo like lines spread all the body making three lines. Now the water reliance has faded and the eyes can use chakra itself as a sonar like reader. The user is now able to do a couple things: Completely sense the targets body and chakra levels, which would make the opponent seem slower, while the user is just able to sense the chakra spikes or drops in the targets body. Able to emit a stronger sonar like pulse to find a hiding opponent(s), which also can help in genjustu situations. (Like if the target is using a genjutsu to throw off the senses, the user can read the body moments of his opponent, making it easier to dodge) But finally able to manipulate water particles using chakra cells. (This technique ties into the Clans jutsu) The Range also expands to 500 Feet or 150 Meters.

The Burkes can control 3 Elements of choice instead of 2, also they can combine 2 elements to make more powerful ones. But the third element isn't gained until they have A-Ranked Chakra which means they have to be at Jounin level. The fusion elements they can create are: Snow Release- Water/Wind, Storm Release: Water/Lightning and Radiation Release: Lightning and Water. Though they can only use a fusion release at Chunnin level and can gain another fusion release at Sannin or Hokage level.

History: In the distant past, when the Shinobe war had finally ended, a Young Mizu Burke had become a Jounin of the Kazangakure Village and earned himself the name "Blue Eyed Demon." He spent most of his life training and the other half with his wife and family, notorious for his Radiation Release and his White Lightning Bolts. His Taijutsu and Speed were also the trademarks of this already Legendary Shinobe and when an incoming threat of another war approched, the father of 10 and husband left his house for the final time... though he did end the war. Those 10 children went off into the Ninja World carrying there fathers Legend on their backs, and began making the Burke family into one of the most powerful family in the Kazangakure Village. But although it was Mizu who began the family, his son Riku was the one who gathered the family together and created a Clan, his signature style was the black ice style and the water techniques his father taught him. Sadly Mizu died like his father, trying to stop a ninja war from happening, and every 4th Friday of the month the clan gathers together to praise the him and his father. (who both died on the fourth friday of the month)

Fusion Elements are kekkai Genkai in themselves. You cannot have so many. Pick either a fusion for a kekkai genkai or your blue eyes.

I would have understood this hadn't I thought about the fact that the Rinnegan can use all 6 elements along with it's jutsu and The sharnigan can use all 5 elements along with it's jutsu. Can I just have 1 fusion KKG, because the Kage of the Mist has 2 fusions, so I'd just have a KKG and a Fusion Release.

Description: Created by the first Burke, it's the hottest form of Lightning and travels at a rapid speed when harnessed. It begins with 5-10 handsigns, (depends on the users chakra range) then the user has white lightning travel from their body to either their hands or body. When used from the hands it becomes a huge Lightning wave or fast Lightning Beam. When used from the body it boost the users speeds dramatically allowing them to dodge easier or attack their opponent faster. It emits a screeching sound like nails on a chalkboard and magnetizes and metal it touches causing all the metal in a 300 meter radius to fly towards it

just wondering does this give you a choice

Like if you choose the speed boost options you cant use the beam

and vice versa if you use the beam you cant use the speed,

id also add a repercution as you state it is the hottest form of lightning so due to it beeing in your body and being released from there it would probably damage you badly aswell just like the rasenshuriken so it would probably come to around s rank

Yeah if you use one form of the attack you can't use the other unless you reuse the attack. I should have elaborated more with the speed, like you gain 30+ to your speed and agility stats. And maybe the self damage of the attack is second degree burns along with a post of paralyzation.
