She will not hesitate in the slightest to strike down even her subordinates if they stand in her way. She chooses to ignore all her subordinates, including her sister if she get on her nerves, believing that personal struggle builds character. Naomi hungers for personal power and is a dedicated nationalist. Harboring a high intolerance of imperfection, Naomi relentlessly drills herself towards perfection and settles for nothing less from herself or those that serve her. She believes that power and domination are what makes a person strong. She has absolute confidence in herself.which she believes she was born with. As a result of her sequestered life of royalty, she has developed a considerable amount of social ineptitude, particularly in her uncertainty of how to act around boys, and she frequently intimidates them during conversation. Its occurrence is so rare that many people once believed its existence was only a legend or a mutation.[1] The Rinnegan is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a light purple iris and sclera. In addition to enabling the user to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all six forms of chakra nature transformation which, as noted by Ibiki Morino, literally allows its user to use any technique they wish. It also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques, a series of ninjutsu unique to the Rinnegan user.[2] Like the Sharingan and the Byakugan, the Rinnegan also allows the user to see chakra, including otherwise hidden barriers. According to Nagato's partner Konan, the possessor of the Rinnegan can also control the seventh path of Pain, who is "beyond life and death", that can use the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, which allows the Rinnegan user to revive all people who have recently died. Because Nagato's Six Paths of Pain were all reanimated corpses, their Rinnegan was added to their bodies by Nagato through some unknown means. By doing so, Nagato could see each individual body's field of vision, coordinating the bodies with extremely precise planning, even during battles. Due to this effect, unlike the Byakugan, the Rinnegan does not have a blind spot, as long as the bodies are looking in every direction or at least one body is looking at the desired target. Because of this advantage, an opponent must blind one body, or distract all others in order for a blind spot to be opened. The animals summoned by the Animal Path also possessed the Rinnegan, suggesting that Nagato controlled and could see through them as well. Madara Uchiha also stated that while the Sharingan and to a greater extent the Mangekyō Sharingan can translate some of the text on the tablet the Sage left behind, only the Rinnegan can fully read the words on it. Description:Banshō Ten'in is a technique similar to Shinra Tensei in that it manipulates gravity at the users will, however instead of pushing objects away, it draws them towards the user. It has the same five second limit as the Shinra Tensei as stated by Chōji, but it is unknown if it can be used on a large scale like the Shinra Tensei.

Description:Shinra Tensei is the ability to manipulate gravity at the users will to repulse matter away. Depending on the amount of force Nagato puts in this jutsu, it can easily shatter wood, bones, stone, metal, or even some of the most powerful defenses. By using this technique as a defensive measure, all attacks directed to the user will be deflected, no matter the size, power or mass; however, it has been shown that it is possible to withstand this technique. The only downside to this technique is that there is a short period when it is unusable after being used. The minimal time period is about five seconds but it varies depending on the amount of power put into the attack.

This technique amplifies the thought waves and broadcasts them to a specific location through illusionary bodies. The illusionary bodies differ from being mere reflections. While Pain is relaying the members' thoughts, they can have conversation and use varying techniques

Description:his jutsu was used by Pain and the other members of Akatsuki to forcibly drain the spirit and chakra of the tailed beasts from their still-living jinchūriki, then to seal it in what appeared to be the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. The jutsu took three full days to complete if nine of the Akatsuki members were present. Kisame Hoshigaki suggested that it "may take longer without Orochimaru". When reduced to three people, Zetsu claimed that, with so few people left to perform the jutsu, it would take a while.[2]
To prepare for the jutsu, Pain would summon the sealing statue, after which each member would then stand on one of its fingertips, corresponding to their specific ring finger. When performed, this jutsu caused the bit to fall out of the mouth of the statue. Each of the Akatsuki members would then concentrate, causing the kanji of their rings to appear on the nail of the finger they were standing on. Nine dragon-like effigies then poured from the statue's mouth, surrounded the captured host, and removed the tailed beast from them (the process seems to be quite agonizing to the host). In the case of an unsealed tailed beast, the same thing happened to the beast itself, and still took as much time as if it were sealed. After the process was complete, the beast was sealed within the statue, and one of the statue's nine eyes opened. The host then died due to the removal of their tailed beast. The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox must be sealed last, or the statue would shatter.[3]

Description:hibaku Tensei is a special technique developed by the Sage of the Six Paths, who used it to create the moon and trap the Ten-Tailed Beast's body inside of it.The user creates a dark black sphere of gravity that, when thrown into the sky, attracts objects from all directions and pulls them into the sphere, compressing them together. The surrounding earth, including forests and mountains, are collected into a single point, piling on top of one another until it creates a large sphere. A large crater is left where the earth has been collected from. The Deva Path had to be brought within close range of Nagato before it could use the technique, and performing it put a great deal of strain on Nagato. This strain eventually caused the technique to dispel, by which the large sphere, that was created by it, fell apart again.

Description:A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique, regardless of power, without harming the user.

Description:By channeling his power through the Outer Path, Nagato can re-infuse new life force energy to the dead bodies of those recently killed. With their rejuvenated bodies acting as an anchor, the individual souls are then able to leave the crossroad between life and the afterlife, returning back to their physical vessels. The jutsu targets all the individuals killed, even those not necessarily killed by the Six Paths of Pain. There seems to be a limited time for when this technique can be used, as Nagato is unable to bring back those who have remained dead for an extended period of time, such as Yahiko and Jiraiya. This technique requires a massive amount of chakra, as it resulted in Nagato's death due to chakra overuse. Nagato became severely weakened, his hair becoming increasingly thinner and grayer as he performed the technique.

Description:Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Description:A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. The jutsu used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Description:his technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "Forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the five tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it.

Description:The Six Paths of Pain was a jutsu used by Nagato, and served as his representation in Akatsuki. It allowed Nagato to control six separate bodies as though they were his own. Each of these bodies were reanimated corpses which were both kept mobile by, and made use of, Nagato's chakra. While controlling them, Nagato used the alias "Pain", yet still regarded them as separate from himself.[1] All the six Paths were eventually destroyed by Naruto Uzumaki during the Invasion of Pain.

Description:his jutsu is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Wave Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Description:This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an invisible sword that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind and making a slicing sound. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of wind kunai, then this jutsu is an uncatchable, unavoidable longsword. It leaves very deep slashes on the enemy.
~History/RP Sample~History/Background Story:~ Blood Is Thicker Then Water~ It wasn't so long ago that this world was pure of any darkness but that didnt lasy long at all. That's when the war of the nations took place blood splattered everywhere the sun was covered with the red moon many lives was lost that day. But many were saved that day also,Do you believe in fairytales tales that are told to comfort young one's to make them a fantasy beyond the world they live in now. But what was so terrible that these parents had to make a fake world for there children. Why must tears be shed or blood be spilled it was what brought this power. The power of yin and yang now what would this world do now the time for justice have arrived but what else could bring this dark world to the light once more. one night after the war there was a birth like no other. It was the birth of this new world order. What do you say of such a goal a title could you live up to it or would you run from your destiny. This child was a girl yes a girl who was given the name Naomi Naga one of the few people with a cursed bloodline trait that runs through her veins. But her story had only begun what would be the future of this world cause of this infant. Years have pasted since naomi birth it wasn't all that good cause bad things had followed at the age of eight her life begun to change for her she was no more then a academy student at the time when her eyes begun to take form of rings it wasn't like the uchiha or hyuuga it was much much more. A power yet to be named or rather haven't been seen in years the doujutsu The Rinnegan. It was graduation when everyone became a genin in the academy it was a good day but a tragic one for dear naomi. Her mother was sick due to her heart her death was silent no sound. This event sent young naomi into a mental instability state having her slowly lose her mind this young female genin was soon more dangerous to the rain then any other shinobi. Two days after that countless deaths of rain shinobi begun to pile up unknown to who the murderer could be. But no one knew the unstable naomi was the cause blood splattered all over the place. her body soaked with the blood of many no survivors were allowed. The murders kept going for ten years till rain was almost wiped out. The red hair serial killer was soon brought to a point she had to bring this worls back to peace her own way. So that night naomi father was the last victim of rain killings naomi wasn't seen again. Six years have passed since the massacre in rain now the time was right as the red clouded black cloak flicker in the air. As naomi stood atop a mountian on the far east of rain she glances back as the sun was setting among the horizon. the rings in her eyes shows killer intent. Her back turned from the village as her hands rest in her sleeves she had a long trip ahead of her now she must bring this world to its knees and make a new paradise once and for all now she will journey to get all who will follow her. Roleplay Sample:wasnt to long from a special young girl had graduated from her class and into geninhood. by far it was one of the best things in this young girl life one no one could take away from her. Her name was Mia Nagatashi,her real name being lost with her real parents. She was fifteen years old and had a strong heart one not many had these days but suprises are more then welcomed in this world dont you think. as the sun was rising among the horizon under a tree her eyes close. Red hair hanging low. She wore a red vest abd sports bra for support she didnt have huge breast at all since she was still growing anyway. She had also matching red shorts on and a necklace giving to her by her mother of course not her birth mother. She wears it for good look to get better with her own skills now and then she smiles as her eyes slowly open. She was a gifted young girl being a nara and sensor and we cant forget medic whats better then that. she rose up as she yawns,She needed to train her father roy wanted her to be able to open the gates well at least for of them. As she open her eyes a punch was coming her way she quickly used her weight on her leg to move her body to the side to let it pass right by hitting the tree making a inprint. As Mia eyes begun to focus she realize its her father out of all people he was attacking her without warning. was this really it,why was he attacking her like this it didnt make any since at all. As she recovers from her dodge which was by far so close shit it was breath taking. looking she was skilled at taijutsu also and didnt really count on her jutsu much. She sighs as she watch as a roundhouse kick was coming her way now."shi..."Before she could finish swearing she was kick at the side hard and sent back a couple meters still not use to how much power her dear father had it was crazy man and i meant crazy."If you want to surpass me get faster then me...this is why you need at least the first gate...your a sensor for crying out loud you can fight even if your blind!!!"He says as he charge her again. She gets up slowly as her arms hang low she smiles. The same thing went on for days no food...no water, It was just straight up training. She wouldnt last much longer that was for sure,Her clothes were ripped her body was bruised from head to toe. Was this really what it took to get stronger getting your ass kidked by your old man??. She spit towards the ground readying hereself for what was next it was all she could do was ready herself for what else he was planning to do to her. as he was charging her she went dashing towards him also,With new found speed as in a gigantic burst she was a blur. appearing beside her father sending a high kick which connected!!!!!!!!!. Her eyes widen,her father laid out on the ground."Good Job Mia First Gate You Have Got congrats lets go eat now your mother going to bitch at both of us anyway"He says with a heart felt chuckle. As Days went by after learning to open the first of the gates the young Mia Nagatashi was resting. Healing from the bruise left by her father training which was far more intense then she would of expected it to be. She lays down in her bed with her earphones in her ear thinking of when she could actually go on missions with her peers. She sighs as she look at the cielig which was showing a deer the nara sybol to there clan. She close her eyes as she begun to dream slowly about how she could get more power within her little body yeah she was short but she could outlast most people due to her speed and power. Then there was her being a nara,Sensor,and medic. so she could guide her shadow to her victims without them even knowing. Thats all thanks to her sensor ablility,She smiles with up most pride among herself and how stronger she could become over time. She wish she could be a jounin,but she knew to go that far it took time for sure it did. As she lay there with her legs crossed and her sandels at the side of her bed she sensed a chakra coming her way. She grunts her teeth it was her dad again what did he want now. like seriously she really couldnt take it anymore so she thought of a good plan. as her father came crashing through her door Mia jumped up as a punch was heading her way blocking the full force of the punch with her forearm. She was sent back a coupld of meters with a sigh she couldnt believe this was happening yet again but she was faster then last time. Her father in a stance all to familer with herself it was weird facing your old man again face to face with no hold backs. She smiles as she thought of her next test she jumped out the window without a word knowing full well her father was going to chase her down she cant help but smile. As her father was behind her she came to a halt and charge forward her arm drew back as she was prepared to release one of those bruce lee kind of punches. She smiles as he father blocks it by pushing it to the side she grunts as it was ticking her off how well her father could mose block and attack all at once. He was able to unlock all eight gates due to his durablilty so yeah mia was abit jealous. But she over came it so it didnt matter to her she just glad she could get a similar increase even if she couldnt hold onto her granted power she was given. She smiles as she sighs was this really it really??. She thought about it for awhile wondering about all the things she did to reach such levels of her life. She watch as her and her father was exchanging blows as it was drawing near the power to go to the next level was approaching and fast. Bothe of them was panting extremely. She jumps back abit at a ten meter distances,She activates the first gate increasing her speed and power in a single burst. she was going towards her father her body aching all over. then out of nowhere her pain was decreasing witnessing the opening of the second gate. She strike her father hard as they both hit the ground hard and panting."Damn........Mia.....did Have to hit your old man so hard...."He chuckles again with a smile of saying he was proud....
