Description: This jutsu is a jutsu made by Naomi at a young age by focusing on her mental status. She add abit of chakra to her mind by focusing throughly. Cause of this she is able to cast jutsu without using handseals like she would normal. She could just think of the jutsu to cast it like she would if she used hand gestures. So she created this jutsu to save on time of casting normal jutsu as they were with her hands.
